FALL FESTIVAL 2017
Sts. Simon & Jude is reenergizing its annual Fall Saints Festival this year, and want you to be a part of it! Join us for food, games, crafts and bingo!
Sunday, October 29
SSJ Campus – Event Center & Domec Hall (26777 Glen Loch in The Woodlands)
Starts at 11 a.m.
We ask for your support through sponsorship of the largest event on our parish calendar. Our most important goal for the festival is to bring our over 2500 parish families together, but also to raise funds to further our outreach efforts. These initiatives benefit our neighbors in need through our dozens of ministries and initiatives like Habitat for Humanity and St. Vincent de Paul.
Sponsorships are vital to help us offset the up-front cost necessary to organize such an event.
We ask that you prayerfully consider becoming a sponsor in our annual event. If you can help us extend our reach in the community, please complete and return the back of this letter to the parish office or e-mail Alyssa Minchew at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you’re willing to volunteer your time, energy and enthusiasm to join our event, email Alyssa Minchew at email@example.com.
We’re hoping to increase our donations from last year’s festival. We’re looking for items for our live and silent auctions – vacations, trips, sports tickets and/or memorabilia, dinners, golf outings – you name it, and we can likely use it. We’re also asking for monetary donations to cover our annual raffle and bingo prizes. Email Alyssa to discuss your donation today.
We were so blessed to have a number of sponsors step up to defray a portion of festival’s costs last year, and we ask that you prayerfully consider sponsoring any of the following:
Entertainment Sponsor Lunch Sponsor
Raffle Sponsor Beer and Wine Sponsor
Snack Shack Sponsor Balloon Artist Sponsor
Cakewalk Sponsor Game Sponsor
Prize Booth Sponsor In-Kind Contribution________
Please see our sponsorship packet for more details on sponsoring the Festival.
Parishioners are also needed to work shifts for the number of different aspects of the festival – games, bingo, tickets, food servers, set up/clean up helpers, donations seekers and more. Email Dustin with your choice, or watch the bulletin for dates to sign up after Masses.
Stay tuned to this page and the bulletin for announcements and updates on entertainment, games, schedule and food, as we approach October.
