·         Acolytes/Adult Servers – The instituted acolyte is appointed to assist the deacon and serve the priest in the celebration of the liturgy.  Steve Genest,

·         Altar Guild - This group focuses on the beauty and cleanliness of the altar and worship areas.  We change the altar linens, water the plants and arrange flowers and generally keep the church organized and clean. Work days are Monday and Friday mornings after Mass.   Guy Chason,

·         Altar Linens - Care for and cleans the cloths used during Mass.  LuAnn Galak,

·         Altar Servers – View the Mass from a totally new vantage point!  Young people, who have received their first communion, assist the clergy at the altar during Mass and liturgical celebrations.  Training provided.  Robert Wind,

·         Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion – Confirmed Catholics with a special love and devotion to the Eucharist assist with the sharing of the Body and Blood of Christ.  Nancy DeMatteo,

·         Lectors – If you are reasonably familiar with the Scriptures, have received the Sacrament of Confirmation and are comfortable as a public speaker, please consider joining the Lector Ministry to proclaim the Word of God to the assembly gathered for the celebration for the Mass.  Training provided. ·         Music Ministry –Come and make a joyful noise with SSJ Music Ministry.  We are always looking for singers and instrumentalists for one of our weekend choirs, our funeral choir, or young voices for our Children's Choir. Donna Finney

·         Sacristan – The Sacristan prepares the Sanctuary for the Mass: Roman Missal & Lectionary in place; ciboria with hosts, small chalices with wine & priest's chalice in place; Sanctus bells in place; prepare incense when needed. After Mass they will clean the sacred vessels for the next Mass.  Steve Genest,

·         Ushers – Help others to full participation in the mass by being a goodwill ambassador.  Ushers help others find a place to sit, direct collection and Communion, and other duties.  Jim Burkett,
