Newcomer Welcoming Ministry
Welcome New Parishioners to SSJ and coordinate a "Lunch with Pastor."
We conduct Welcome phone calls, puts together Welcome packets, and hosts a monthly new parishioner ‘Lunch with Pastor.’ Those that serve in this ministry strive to create an environment in which new parishioners will feel a desire to become engaged in SSJ parish life. We help connect them with the appropriate ministry, organization or sacramental prep they need or are interested in.
