Mother's Day Out Teachers
Position Summary:
We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual to join our Mother’s Day Out (MDO) program as a teacher. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and is passionate about helping them grow socially, emotionally, spiritually, and academically in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development

Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times

Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that reflects Catholic values

Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, staff, and children

Maintain classroom cleanliness and assist with basic care tasks (e.g., diapering, snacks)

Follow daily schedules and adhere to MDO policies and procedures

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff as part of a supportive team
Qualifications:

Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Commitment to fostering a faith-filled learning environment

High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood coursework or certification preferred
Schedule:
Part-time position during the school year. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
