Therefore, we have a mission to set them on fire by providing opportunities to encounter Christ through Adoration, Community, Theology and Service (ACTS)
so that they can fulfill Christ's discipleship call.

SSJ Houston Catholic Day Trip
We'll get to visit Sacred Hear Co-Cathedral in downtown, Houston, the University of St. Thomas in midtown, have lunch at the original Niko Niko's Greek Restaurant, and visit The Post for snacks in downtown.

SSJ Galveston Summer Catholic Day Trip
After Summer VBS our youth will get to visit the origins of the Archdiocese in Galveston, TX. We'll get to see the original Sacred Heart Church, St. Mary's Basilica, and participate at Mass @ St. Patrick's Church. We'll also get to have lunch at the Rain Forest Cafe, pray the rosary at the beach, and visit Pleasure Pier. Fee: $30/youth. Date: Saturday, June 06, 2026
