High School Retreat
Our High School Retreats are powerful weekends of prayer, conversation, and community—right here at SSJ! Join us November 7–8, 2025 and March 27–28, 2026 to reconnect with your faith and your friends as we grow together in Christ.

SSJ University
SSJ University is a formation series where knowledgeable speakers lead engaging sessions to help you grow in your understanding of the faith and deepen your relationship with Christ.

Edge Night
Edge Nights are weekly gatherings for 6th–8th graders filled with faith, fun, and friendship. Join us Wednesdays from 6:30–8:00 PM for games, small groups, and special events like movie nights, Thanksgiving food drives, Christmas caroling, Holy Week Missions, and more!

Homilist Study Group
Ongoing study that reflects and shares on the Sunday readings four weeks forward and provides input from the group to the homilist for that Sunday.

Curso de Biblia (Bible Study in Spanish)

Adult Scripture Study
Adult Scripture Study offers welcoming spaces to explore and reflect on the Bible, deepening faith and understanding through thoughtful discussion for both new and experienced participants.

Junior High Day Retreat
Our Junior High Day Retreat on February 28, 2026, is a fun and faith-filled day for 6th–8th graders to build community, grow closer to Christ, and enjoy games, talks, prayer, and more—all at SSJ!

Walking with Purpose
The Walking with Purpose Summer Bible Study is a women’s Bible study focused on deepening faith through Scripture, prayer, and meaningful discussion in a welcoming community.

Catechism Huddle
Catechism Huddles are monthly Sunday gatherings where adults dive deeper into the truths of the faith explored in our Faith Formation sessions. These small group-style discussions build on the topics from our Adult Breakouts, offering space for reflection, conversation, and community.
Small Community Book Study
Small Community Book Study provides adults a supportive space to deepen their faith through inspiring Catholic books and meaningful discussion while their children attend Faith Formation classes.

Blessed Is She
Blessed is She is a welcoming women's group focused on prayer, fellowship, and growing in faith through devotional-based videos and meaningful discussion. No prep needed—just come as you are and journey closer to Christ alongside other women.

The Watchmen
This men's group gathers every Friday morning for prayer, Scripture, and fellowship—supporting one another in living out the call to be faithful Catholic men.

Why Catholic?
Why Catholic? is a small group series where you’ll be placed into a community to grow together in faith through Scripture and Church teaching—forming meaningful connections and deepening your understanding of how to live and share the Catholic faith.

Faith Formation Sunday
Family Faith Formation Sundays are for the whole family—not a drop-off program. Parents and children grow in faith together through engaging breakouts, Sunday Mass, and a parish lunch. It’s a joyful way to build faith and community as a family.

Family Breakout Groups
During Faith Formation Sundays, families break out by age group. While children head to their classrooms for interactive lessons, parents gather in Domec Hall to dive deeper into the Catechism and grow in their own understanding of the faith.

St. John Paul II Institue Day of Reflection
Join us for “We Cannot Live Without Love”—life lessons in the thought and spirit of Pope Saint John Paul II.

Parish Conference
Our Family Conference invites the entire family to come together to learn, grow, and deepen their Catholic faith through inspiring speakers. While parents and older kids engage in enriching sessions, little ones enjoy a fun and faith-filled Vacation Bible School experience.

Spring Parish Day of Reflection
Our Parish Day of Reflection is a Lenten retreat focused on deepening our understanding of the Catholic faith. Held especially for those journeying through OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation for Adults), this reflective day is open to the entire parish community and offers a beautiful opportunity to grow together in prayer, learning, and spiritual renewal.

Live Christ Share Christ
Live Christ Share Christ is a one-day retreat at SSJ focused on encountering the gifts of the Holy Spirit through inspiring talks and fellowship. Join us to deepen your faith and learn how to live and share Christ more fully in your daily life.
