Below are various organizations that collaborate within Saints Simon and Jude Parish

  • Cross Catholic Outreach
    Cross Catholic Outreach is dedicated to mobilizing the global Catholic Church to uplift the poor and their communities, both materially and spiritually, for the glory of Jesus Christ. Our mission unites Catholics worldwide in a shared commitment to overcoming material and spiritual poverty. Through collaboration and outreach, we strive to bring hope, support, and transformative change to those in need, embodying the love and compassion of Christ in action.   • Disciples of Jesus and Mary
    The purpose of DJM is to offer all people an on-going training program that enables all to grow spiritually and to work effectively in the world. The disciples of Jesus and Mary are called to live in holiness and truth. You learn how to discover your plan of life, found in the heart of the Father, who created you. You learn how to listen to him and develop a relationship with the Lord and serve him in your parish. Lead: Cindy Montgomery
  • Marian Servants
    The Marian Servants of Divine Providence® is a community of Catholic men and women dedicated to guiding God’s people to healing, freedom and purpose in Christ through spiritual direction, healing prayer and authentic Catholic teaching. We strive to meet the spiritual, physical, and psychological needs of God’s people, thus promoting the wellbeing of all and the good of the Church. Lead: Jennifer Wallace
  • Regnum Christi
    As a religious congregation and movement of apostolate within the Catholic Church, the Legionaries of Christ and Regnum Christi believe that God creates each person with a mission in mind. We help people to discover that mission, then give them the practical tools to live that mission, and the depth of spirituality to continually love the mission they have been given. Thy Kingdom Come!   • St.Vincent de Paul Society (SVdP)-“Giving aid to those in need”
    SVdP provides for community needs with emergency financial assistance and donated food. This is a behind - the - scenes way to be vicars of Christ. Please donate pantry food in the Narthex of the Church. See bulletin for food and supplies needed each week. Lead: Bill McKee
  • Missionary Families of Christ (MFC)
    Is an ecclesial movement, or canonically, a private lay association recognized by the Roman Catholic Church that aims to build the “church of the home” by bringing families to a living relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. Those who want to become members of MFC attend a local Christian life seminar which is a series of nine talks dealing with Christian catechesis. MFC also conducts the Live Christ, Share Christ seminar in collaboration with the parish. Leads: Pepito and Pat Santos
  • International Friends
    Welcomes people from all countries and offers friendship as well as an opportunity to learn about American and foreign cultures. We meet on the 1st Friday of the month and also have outings throughout the year. Lead: Erika Bondy
  • American Heritage Girls #204 (AHG)
    Is a faith-based scouting organization tailored for girls between the ages of 5-18. AHG allows girls to experience new challenges, serve others, make new friends, and have tons of fun in a safe faith-filled environment. Whether your daughter wants to learn more about aviation, learn to paddle a canoe or ice the perfect cake, AHG’s program is ready to inspire her to new heights.   • Boy Scouts #204 – (Ages 11-18)
    The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetime by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law, which ranges from trustworthiness to reverence. Youth and adult leaders receive training to guide them in this undertaking. Lead: Bill McNamara
  • Cub Scouts #204 (Ages 5-11 or Grades K-5)
    Cub Scouting is a great adventure! No matter what grade, it is sure to be enjoyable. Do you love hands-on learning? You'll get to tie knots, pitch a tent, shoot a bow and arrow, send a secret code to a buddy, build a birdhouse and hike. Plus, you will earn rewards for doing these things in Cub Scouts and so much more. Lead: Therese Wind
  • Challenge/Conquest
    Challenge ECYD Challenge - Girls age 5-16 youth ministry run by Regnum Christi Lead: Gaby Marie-Boles Conquest Forged in virtue. Called to serve. Boys ages 5-16 youth ministry program run by Regnum Christi. Lead: Steven Galia | 281-387-7486
  • Encuentro (Grades 9-12)
    Youth ministry program in Spanish for boys and girls. Lead: Monica Laguno
  • Knights of Columbus
    We are the largest Catholic men’s fraternal organization in the world, dedicated to the principles of charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism. We welcome Catholic men over the age of eighteen to join us in our service to church, family, community, and country. We are pro-life and pro-family. Meetings are a combination of devotion, business, and social activities, including dinner!! Our family nights are celebrations of family and fellowship. Lead: David McManus
  • Our Lady's Auxiliary
    Ministering is a key part of Our Lady’s Auxiliary. Our mission is to promote community growth through service and social enrichment. We are a diverse group of ladies following the mission of our Blessed Mother by bringing Christ to others through Faith, Friendship and Service. Are you looking for other women of faith to enhance your spiritual growth? Consider joining to share faith and friendship? Looking for other women of faith to enhance your spiritual growth? This ministry invites all ladies of our parish to join. Our mission is to promote community growth through service and social enrichment.   • Divine Mercy Homeschool Co-Op/Academy
    We are comprised of homeschooling families dedicated to teaching our children the truth, beauty, and goodness of God and his creation, in a safe, family friendly environment. We meet weekly at Sts. Simon and Jude and offer classes for preschool – high school. Lead: Stacy Ballay
  • Mother's Day Out
    Rise & Shine: A Mother's Day Out Program Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays | 9:30am - 1:30pm Rise & Shine is our vibrant Mother's Day Out program at Sts. Simon & Jude, located in Domec Hall. With a team of wonderful, dedicated teachers, this program provides a nurturing and fun environment for your little ones to grow and thrive. It's the perfect place for children to learn, play, and make new friends while giving parents some much-needed time for themselves.
