The first day of the Fall festival will include Bingo and BBQ along with a silent auction, live auction and

live entertainment provided by the various ministries of SSJ.

Presale adult tickets are $35 dollars and will include10 Bingo cards and dinner along with a drink and dessert. Children's tickets are $10 and will include a Hotdog meal and along with a drink and dessert.

Dear Friend, St. Simon & Jude Catholic Church is preparing for our annual Bingo, Silent Auction & Fall Festival, on October 25-26, 2024, at our very own SSJ Campus. Staff, parishioners, small groups, and volunteers will gather in support of the church ministries, organizations, communities, and faith formation. All funds raised will go towards these programs that contribute to the strengthening of our parish community.

We hope you will consider becoming a sponsor, underwriter, or donating an item to our auction, raffle or rummage sale at this worthwhile event. Details are below for your review. Your tax-deductible donations will be recognized on event promotional materials circulated to the parish community prior to and during the event, including acknowledgment in our parish bulletin, Flocknotes, and website.

BAR & REFRESHMENTS - $5,000
Underwriting our Bar and refreshments will allow us to keep that jukebox playing! You will receive a full-page ad in the festival program, verbal and signage recognition at the event as a major sponsor, and recognition in all publications.

Support our flyers and auction program. You will receive ½ page ad in the auction program, public recognition at the event, and recognition in all publications and on the website.

PHOTO BOOTH - $1,500 


TECHNOLOGY - $1,000
Support auction website. You will receive ¼ page ad in the auction program, public recognition at the event, and recognition in all publications and on the website.
